All the gear prices above are
for 6061-T6 alloy. Gears can also be made from 7075-T6 alloy
aluminum for an added cost. The prices for the gears (worm wheels) are for gears only,
and there is no clutch assembly included. These prices include
boring to customer specifications.
NOTE:
The worm prices
for set screw type are for the worm only without shaft. The 1"
worms are bored to 1/4", while the 1-3/4" worms are bored to
3/4". Worms are lapped into their respective mated worm
gears. The
one piece worms are machined from solid stock.
